System Beampoint Institute collects only what we need to answer an enquiry, confirm a seat, print a chart pack, or meet bookkeeping duties in Thailand.

Details we hold

• Name, email, telephone, and the session you asked about, from the contact form or from email.
• Attendance notes (which sitting you joined) so follow-up afternoons can be limited to former workshop students.
• Deposit and fee records when payment is taken in person or by bank transfer. Those records stay with our bookkeeper, not in this website’s files.

What this site itself stores

The public website does not keep a database of form submissions. The contact form posts to a static acknowledgement file. If you accept cookies, your browser stores a single preference key so the banner stays dismissed. If you reject, we remember that choice the same way. See the cookie page.

Why we use the details

To reply to you, to confirm or decline a date, to print the correct pack, and to issue receipts. We do not sell lists and we do not send marketing sequences. Occasional email about a date change for a sitting you already requested is operational, not advertising.

Sharing

We share details with tutors hosting your sitting, with our bookkeeper, and with authorities if Thai law requires it. We do not pass names to brokers or platform vendors.

Retention

Enquiry mail that does not become a booking is deleted within twelve months. Attendance and payment records are kept for the period our accountant requires under Thai tax rules, then destroyed.

Your requests

Write to workshop@system-beampoint.click to see, correct, or ask us to delete details we hold, subject to records we must keep. We will answer within thirty days.
