Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings
These rules apply only to classroom sessions at System Beampoint Institute, 745/6 Nakornchaisri Thanon Nakornchaisri, Bangkok, 10300. We do not sell shipped goods, subscriptions, or recorded courses, so those situations are omitted.
Who may ask
The person named on the confirmation email may request a refund or a date change. Write to workshop@system-beampoint.click or call (02)669225182 during Monday–Saturday, 09:30–18:00 ICT.
When a full refund applies
If you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before a group workshop or clinic, we return the full amount paid, including any deposit. If we cancel a sitting and cannot offer another date you accept, we return the full amount paid. If a private session is cancelled by us, the same applies.
Partial refunds
Cancellations received eight to fourteen days before a group sitting: we keep 30% of the posted fee (or the deposit if it is larger than that 30%) and return the rest. Cancellations inside seven days: the deposit is kept; any balance already paid is returned if we refill the chair, otherwise it is kept against the empty seat.
Private chart sessions
A 30% deposit holds the ninety minutes. Reschedule once at no charge if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later changes forfeit the deposit. The remaining 70% is due at the studio and is refunded only if we cancel.
Follow-up afternoons
These afternoons have four chairs. Cancellations more than seven days ahead are refunded in full. Inside seven days we offer a move to the next listed follow-up if a chair exists; if none exists, the fee is kept.
Non-refundable items
Chart packs already printed for you, lunch ordered for a Saturday workshop after the Wednesday cut-off, and replacement pencils bought at the desk are not refunded. If you never collect a pack because we cancelled, those materials are not charged.
Work already started
Once a group sitting has begun, that day’s fee is not returned if you leave early. The second Saturday of the workshop can still be refunded under the seven-day rule if you withdraw before it starts and we received notice before 18:00 the preceding Friday.
No-shows
If you do not attend and did not write, sums paid for that sitting are kept. We will not keep a silent no-show on the follow-up list.
Deposits
Group workshops may ask for 30% to print packs. Deposits are credited to the fee. They are returned only under the full-refund and studio-cancellation rules above.
How money comes back
Refunds go by the same bank transfer you used, or in cash at the studio if you paid in cash. We aim to send the transfer within ten working days of agreeing the amount. We do not reverse cards through this website because this website does not take cards.
Exceptions
Documented hospital admission or a death in the immediate family: we refund in full or move you to a later sitting, even inside the seven-day window. Flooding or official travel bans that close the Nakornchaisri corridor are treated as our cancellation.
