Terms of attendance

These terms apply to classroom instruction offered by System Beampoint Institute at 745/6 Nakornchaisri Thanon Nakornchaisri, Bangkok, 10300. They cover workshops, evening clinics, private chart sessions, and follow-up afternoons. They do not cover brokerage, software licences, or distance courses, because we do not offer those.

What you are requesting

A request through the contact form is an enquiry. A place is held only after we send a written confirmation and, where a deposit applies, after that deposit is received. Posted fees are informational. This website does not take payment.

Conduct in the room

Phones stay away during marking blocks. Recording of other participants is not allowed. Printed packs issued for a sitting remain yours; you may not copy a classmate’s marked pages for resale. Tutors may ask anyone who disrupts silent work to leave the remainder of that block without a same-day replacement session.

Education only

Lessons describe how candlestick charts are read. They are not investment advice, not a solicitation, and not a comment on any order you may later place elsewhere. You remain responsible for your own decisions outside the studio.

Eligibility

Workshops and clinics are taught in English. Follow-up afternoons are limited to people who have already completed the Candlestick Reading Workshop with us. Private sessions are open to adults who can attend in person in Bangkok.

Materials

Chart packs, pencils, and pattern cards supplied for a paid sitting are included in the fee. Lost packs can be reprinted for a materials charge quoted at the desk. We do not ship materials abroad.

Changes we make

If a tutor is unwell we offer a new date or a refund of sums paid for that sitting, as set out on the refund page. We will not move a confirmed group date by more than fourteen days without offering that choice.

Liability

We are responsible for running the session we confirmed, in a reasonably safe room, with the materials described. We are not responsible for travel delays, for how you later use chart reading, or for devices you bring into the studio. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The Bangkok courts have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence.
